Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy Poonch

Founder , Coaches , Players and management committee of Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy Poonch celebrated the Birthday of Rahul Dravid (wall of cricket ) .
It was a pleasure moment for all of them . They cheered the moment after cutting a cake written Rahul Dravid on it.
COVID SOPs and guidelines were also followed .

Retd.Zpeo Narjeet singh, AEE saleem banday , manager sports stadium nirdosh kumar , Boxing Coach Mushtaq Ahmed, Coach Pawan kumar, Pro Mukesh kumar, PEM Rajinder singh, PEM Kewal sharma, PEM sanjay Mishri, Hockey Coach Navjot singh, PET Mukhtar Ahmed, Rek umar shah, Javed Iqbal and sayed Talit waseem were also a part of this celebration.Everybody praised the legend player , now providing his services to the nation as head coach of Indian Cricket Team.

Guests over there appreciated the dedication and love of RDCA's management and players towards their goal to groom and shine in the future.
Pervaiz Malik Afridi while talking to the guests said that he is trying to follow the right path so that players of his Academy could follow the foot prints of legendary Rahul Dravid and shine in future.

It’s a moment of pride for whole Poonch , that two cricketers from loran area of Poonch who are getting free coaching under the personal supervision of Pervaiz Malik Afridi coach and mentor of Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy, Poonch.

Both the players got selected from INCL General Bipin Rawat , T20 trophy in Goa. Both the players performed extremely well in the league at Goa.

Pervaiz Malik while speaking said , it’s proud moment for me as their coach and teachers , he said he is working with the students on both their skills physical training and as well as their cricketing skills .

He expressed deep appreciation and also extend best wishes to his both the students and their parents . He also said their is always great guidance from wall of cricket - Rahul Dravid .

*Another player of Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy Poonch selected for national level event*

Javid Iqbal a product of Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy secured his place in a National level event which is going to be held in Delhi .

Javid is the first player of Distt . Poonch who got selected for the Shining Star Premier league.

While taking to media persons, Founder and Coach RDCA Poonch Pervaiz Malik Afridi said that it's a proud moment for the management of RDCA and Distt . Poonch. His selection has encouraged many others to focus and works hard in future. He also said that his main target is to explore the talent from far flung and ignored area of Distt. Poonch. Javid also belongs to Loran area of Poonch. He made us and whole Distt. Proud and we hope his performance ll land him to much bigger events of international level soon.

It is pertinent to mention here that RDCA is providing free coaching to 260 players of all age categories proplery registered with the academy.

They won a National event from Sonipat recently and now Javid iqbal of Loran achieved another feat .

Many citizens and cricket lover appreciated Pervaiz Malik Afridi for his outstanding work and hardwork done on the players.

Srinath Aravind was cheif guest In the exhibition match organised by the Army at Gulpur Poonch.
Exhibition match was played between LOC and Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy. Rahul Dravid Cricket Academy won this exhibition match .

There were many dignitaries who witnessed this match .

Pervaiz Malik Afridi presented a sheild to Srinath Arvind and honoured him.
Pervaiz Malik Afridi had a very long and healthy discussion with the international player regarding the infrastructure , physical and mental fitness of the players.

He also shared the differences between the players of backward areas and of town.

He briefed him about the Academy and the events conducted by his association in Poonch.
Sreenath Arvind assured him that in future , he ll fecilitate the players of his Academy to perform on different levels and ll definately try to get them admitted in the Academy in Banglore.
