Patanjali Rishikul hosted a significant workshop focused on "Innovative Teaching Strategies and Student Engagement in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) guidelines” on 15th May, 2025. The workshop's core session was expertly led by Ms. Rashmita Rao, a seasoned academic trainer. She emphasized the pivotal role of real world, hands-on and immersive learning, the benefits of integrated teaching approaches, and the effective utilization of technology in creating inclusive and vibrant learning environments, all in line with the NEP framework. The workshop provided practical strategies for strengthening literacy and numeracy skills in the early years, recognizing their crucial role in a child's educational journey. The workshop accentuated the need for continuous professional development to furnish the educators with the latest pedagogical approaches and tools. The workshop elucidated on the NEP's vision for assessment reforms, moving away from high-stakes examinations towards continuous and comprehensive evaluation.
