We are empowering marginalized farmers by rejuvenating their degraded farmlands.

There’s a quiet kind of work happening on farms that often goes unnoticed.

Bees move from flower to flower, carrying more than pollen.

They carry the possibility of fruit, seeds, and harvest.

Without them, many crops simply wouldn’t exist the way they do today.

Their presence depends on what surrounds them, fewer chemicals, more diversity, space to live.

On World Bee Day, it’s worth paying attention to the smallest workers that keep food systems going.

At AGRO RANGERS, we work with farmers to support landscapes where pollinators can thrive alongside crops.

Pause for a moment and think about the journey behind the food you eat, it often begins with a bee.

No presentations. No slides.

Just standing in the field, looking at the soil, understanding what’s actually happening.

Most decisions are made here - not in offices.

AGRO RANGERS spends time on farms because that’s where the real problems and real solutions exist.

Friday With Farmers | Meet Akshay Daphal

For many farmers, the shift to organic and agroforestry-based farming begins with one experiment.
Akshay Daphal transitioned from conventional crops like jowar and fenugreek to an organic fruit plantation model with papaya intercropped between mango and guava.

The results are already visible:
✔ Lower cultivation costs
✔ Improved soil fertility
✔ Better crop and tree growth
✔ Increased farm income

With organic inputs, drip irrigation, and diversified cropping, this model is helping farmers reduce dependency on chemicals while building healthier farms.

As Akshay shares that even farmers with 2–3 acres can begin small by trying this model on just half an acre.

Real farms. Real learning. Real change.
This is Friday With Farmers.

Agroforestry is not a new idea.
It’s a smarter way of farming, where trees and crops grow together.

This system helps farmers protect their soil, manage risk, and earn from multiple harvests.
