Chicken Eggs: Queries, Myths and Misconceptions!
1. Is it safe to consume whole eggs? Well, what d'you reckon?
2. Does eating egg yolk* increase your risk of heart disease? Nothing in literature says it does... π
3. If you do have to - on someone's insistence π - throw a part of the whole egg away, what part would you throw away?!
Funnily enough, it'd have to be the egg white... (why? See pictures 5 and 6)! πππ
4. Which are better for building muscle, egg whites or whole eggs? You've guessed it... (See picture 2) ππ₯π₯
