Job Description:-
Preparation of Process Design Packages
BEP & DEP for plants
Development of PFD, P&ID.
Should knowledge about ASPEN PLUS/HYSYS/EDR
Mass and Heat Balance.
Hydraulic calculations
Process Equipment sizing & selection
Preparation of PDS for Equipment, Valve, Instrument specifications sheets.
Preparation of Equipment, Valve, Instrument and Line Lists
Model Reviews
Assistance in procurement, Vendor Bid Review, Vendor Document Review etc
Pre- commissioning, Preparation of pre- commissioning and Commissioning Procedures
Proposal preparation along with cost estimation as required
