Case 1. Simple coiling of the DACA aneurysm
Case 2. Flow diverter assisted coiling of PCOM
Aneurysm.
Case 3. Stent assisted coiling.
Case 4. Simple coiling of ACOM aneurysm.

Near total occlusion of carotid artery with recurrent same territory ischemic events, treated with carotid stenting.. In this case intermediate catheter like 5F vert was used to guide the micro catheter- wire combination for crossing stenosis.
