What will be on the course:
Floorwork - how to feel comfortably on the floor, move effortlessly, improvise and enjoy your movement.
Contact improv techniques: we will go through the topics of weight, balance, momentum, body structure etc.
Soft skills of contact improv: “listening” of partner, how to keep attention in the dance, how to get out of moment habits and get into the flow of improvisation.
Jam - space to enjoy and explore contact improv in a free format.
For whom this course:
It’ll be great for beginners and intermediate level dancers.
We can take limited number of participants, register now to book the spot!
Price:
2000 rs with advance payment(500 rs) till 14-th of April.
