Ingredients to make tender coconut Icecream:
2 cup chopped coconut meat
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup condensed milk
3/4 cup coconut water
1 cup coconut milk

How to make it:

Step 1 Blend the ingredients
In a blender, add coconut milk, tender coconut water, and coconut meat. Blend everything together to form a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Step 2 Mix cream and coconut mixture

Now, add cold heavy cream to a bowl and beat it.Now, mix the prepared coconut mixture and cream together.
Step 3 Pour condensed milk to the mixture and mix to combine everything well. Finally, add the remaining coconut meat and fold again using gentle strokes.
Step 4 Freeze your ice cream base
Once done, scoop the ice cream out and pour it in a coconut shell and Enjoy.
