ANNOUNCEMENT!
The Second Edition of IBC16’s Bi-Monthly Blog Writing Competition is here!
We are thrilled to inform you that we received an enthusiastic response to our first Blog Writing Competition. To continue with our endeavor of encouraging analytical scholarship, which braves the unexplored areas of insolvency law, we are pleased to announce the Second Edition of our Bi-Monthly Blog Writing Competition.
IBC16 invites submissions from students for blog posts exclusively covering the NCLT and NCLAT orders/judgments from the months of July and August 2021. The authors are encouraged to explore topical theme(s) in insolvency law, through novel analysis of the judgment(s)/order(s) chosen.
NO PARTICIPATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED.
Deadline for the submission is 10 September 2021 (11:59 PM).

IBC16 (https://ibc16.com/) is a new legal blog dedicated to IBC. It is run by the student-professionals of the Graduate Insolvency Program (GIP).
It also has India’s first free and comprehensive judgment finder tool, covering IBC matters from NCLTs-to-SC. You can download the official court PDFs with just a click. (https://sectionx.ibc16.com/)
IBC16 is running an interview series of practising and non-practising IPs (https://ibc16.com/the-mighty-ip/) for the benefit of students and practitioners in the field. We hope to create a platform where these experienced and leading IPs/professionals can share their thoughts, opinions and insights.
