Disney+ Hotstar is facing a major subscriber crisis after losing several of its most popular content to JioCinema.

The OTT streaming giant has lost subscribers for the third consecutive quarter, and the latest numbers are even more alarming.

In the quarter ending June 30, Disney+ Hotstar lost nearly a quarter of its subscriber base. This is the biggest loss of subscribers in the company's history.

The loss of IPL and HBO content to JioCinema is a major factor in the subscriber crisis. IPL is the most popular sporting event in India, and HBO is one of the most popular premium content providers in the world.

Losing these two properties has caused a major exodus of subscribers from Disney+ Hotstar.

Carl Pei launched a new brand called CMF by Nothing which will focus on creating affordable electronics with high quality design.

The First two products to be launched are new earbuds and a smartwatch.

The new products will be released later this year.

JioBook 2023, an affordable laptop powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT 8788 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage, is now available in India.

The laptop comes in a JioBlue shade and includes an embedded Jio SIM card.
