At , sustainability and equality are at the core of our operations. Hence, we wanted to do something for our female collaborators that would make them feel special and truly valued as equal members of Team FM. We understand that though women play a vital role in maintaining the health and well-being of their families they often tend to neglect their own health and wellness needs. Owing to present-day lifestyles, it is imperative that women pay heed to their health and well-being needs.
Keeping this in mind, we invited Dr. Ujwala Chaudhary, a renowned senior Women's Health & Wellness Expert with 15+ years of experience, to address our women collaborators across all warehouses. Her workshop centered around changing habits & body patterns across age groups, adopting healthier & more active lifestyles and the need to take regular health check-ups.
We also invited our CFO, Bindu Sharma to share her thoughts as an inspirational woman leader within the industry. The session was capped off by our Director HR, Mayank Garg, who detailed all the activities leading to increased diversity across the company.
Each of our female collaborators was also celebrated in smaller events across all warehouses pan India.
