- Large and Midcaps ( true flag bearers, consistent in churning out double digit returns )
- Real Estate returns when adjusted for expenses to manage the asset and sometimes the financial cost, is always but in lower single digits.
- Gold is like the Fed's predictions, has been all over the place. But its place should always be there in a well diversified portfolio.

In hindsight, no body really knew which way Capital markets were going !
