Job Description:
- Responsible for New Client Acquisition (domestic and international) and revenue generation for HR Services/Permanent Recruitment Business for HBox.
- Managing end to end Business development lifecycle - generating leads, meeting the clients (in-person/ virtually), client on-boarding, getting the mandates, raising invoices and getting the money in company's account.
- Complete ownership & P&L responsibility of the acquired clients.
- Engaging with the team on a day to day basis and educating them about the client and the mandates.
- Responsible for creating marketing collaterals, brochures etc. for aiding Business development efforts.
- Managing end to end contract signing and negotiations with the clients.
Desired profile of the candidate:
- MBA/PGDM (Marketing/HR) with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Graduate (Preferably BBA/BCom) with 5 years of similar work experience
- Candidate should have excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression
- Local Candidate Preferred
