Hello lovely humans.. we’ve had some crazy rains these last two months. And with that comes cold, wet and hungrier animals and injuries that take longer to heal and maggots. So we’ve had our hands full literally with on-site treatments, feeding in crappy weather and more bills.

But this fundraiser is only to help in clearing the food bill. For the month of September we purchased 1 Apro bag (our usual vendor was out of stock) and 6 Bairo bags (these are all 20 kg bags) and the total amounted to — 13900₹ not including medical bills .

Cilantro/Coriander with aromatics & spices and just that. It’s made with extra virgin olive oil (nope, not a drop water in there) & is divinely delish!

Add it to hummus or any other dip, use it as a marinade, a spread for sandwiches/toasties (my personal favourite is a Bombay potato toastie) or as an accompaniment with your meal (mix it in your rice)!
