Clarity doesn’t always arrive through analysis. Often, it comes later, after the nervous system settles. Allowing emotions to exist without pressure can be deeply regulating.

It’s a myth that staying constantly busy will make stress disappear. Therapy shows that busyness often delays emotional processing. Unfelt emotions don’t vanish; they wait.
Slowing down creates space to regulate, understand, and respond rather than react. Reducing speed doesn’t increase stress; it often reduces it.
