Trainee Spotlight: Sujafa Silikaās Journey with NTTF!
Meet Sujafa Silika from Bengaluru, a proud alumna of the Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering & Smart Factory at NTTF Electronics City Training Centre.
Over her three-year journey, Sujafa gained strong hands-on exposure, built technical confidence, and grew beyond her comfort zone through projects, competitions, and presentations. What started as a quiet beginning transformed into a confident, industry-ready professional.
She is now placed at TVS Motor Company, Hosur, as a Team Leader in the EV Production Line, reflecting the strength and value of skill-based diploma education at NTTF.
