माननीय उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित दादा पवार आणि माननीय आमदार रोहित दादा पवार यांनी सत्कार समारंभासाठी शाल ऐवजी कारागिरांन्नी बनवलेल्या घोंगडीला पसंती दिली. खर तर हि कल्पना रोहित दादांची. महिला सक्षमीकरण आणि महिला उद्योजकतेच्या संदर्भात सर्वसमावेशक आणि कंन्स्ट्रक्टिव कार्याचा वारसा हा रोहित दादांना त्यांच्या आई, माननीय सुनंदाताई पवार यांच्याकडून आला आहे. त्यांनी 3 लाखापेक्षा जास्त महिला आणि 3500 बचत गटांना आर्थिकदृष्ट्या स्वावलंबी बनवून आर्थिक स्वातंत्र्याच बीज रोवलं. तसेच ग्रामीण भागातल्या मासिक पाळीसारख्या गंभीर प्रश्नांवर खूप मोठ काम चालू आहे.

आजच्या समारंभात घोंगडी डॉट कॉम, घोंगडी कारागीर आणि त्याच्या संबधित अनेक प्रश्नांवर रोहित दादांसोबत चर्चा झाली. येणार्‍या काही वर्षात युवक उद्योजकतेविषयी जागरूकता निर्माण करण्याबद्दलही थोडक्यात चर्चा झाली. 'निरज, तुमचा उपक्रम छान आहे. तुम्ही निवांत वेळेत नक्की भेटायला या' अस माननीय उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित दादा पवार यांनी आवर्जून सांगितले.
