We have lost a truly good man and a fine rider far too soon.
Late Mr. Ravindra (Balu) Halande was not only a dedicated officer but also a kind-hearted soul and a passionate rider who embraced the spirit of the road with pride and responsibility.
His humility, courage, and love for riding will always be remembered by everyone who knew him.
May his soul rest in peace, and may his family find strength in this difficult time. 🙏💐
