- Candidate should have excellent communication in English.
- Candidate should have basic good knowledge of computer like VPN, troubleshooting, configuration, ticketing, installation, IP address, etc.
- Ready for Rotational Shift.

Job Description for experience candidate:

- Candidate should have excellent communication in English.
- Candidate should have basic good knowledge of computer like VPN, troubleshooting, configuration, ticketing, installation, etc.
- Candidate should have good knowledge of IT service desk.
- Candidate should have knowledge of ticketing tool, which has been used.
- Ready for Rotational Shift.

Salary: As per market standards
