It’s time to hang up my entrepreneurial boots as I get back to the corporate world as a full-time employee. In the last 5.5 years, as Learning & Organizational Development facilitator, it was a wonderful opportunity to work with some amazing people, and across levels from the shop floor workers to the board of directors. I could learn from the variety of situations and challenges I tackled while supporting my clients across sectors (manufacturing, IT, healthcare, travel, hospitality, financial investment, government departments, and many more). While doing all of this, I could mindfully attempt to balance work and life and could thoroughly enjoy watching my son grow and be part of his milestones. Corporate networks gave me a renewed vision and a broader and deeper understanding of self; whereas academic institutes kept the student in me alive and kept me young. Thank you for believing in me and helping me make my journey hugely rewarding. As I look forward to embracing new challenges from next week I believe the bonds we developed over the past few years are for a lifetime. A development journey that began in August 2019. Collectively reflecting on our 1.5 years of series of interventions with these participants. We have weakened the silos and created a culture of mutual respect and collaboration. We have taken a step towards a Growth Mindset. A vision we had set a year ago has been reached and surpassed, however, the goalposts have also moved further ahead. Good luck to enlarge and enhance your learning & growth mindset!

Synectics Academy turns 5 today! It has been a year of triumphs, celebrations and regrets! As we get ready for the New Year, we may make new mistakes and discover stronger determination and newer ways to succeed. While balancing the level of uncertainty of pandemic, there are no resolutions but some guiding principles:
1. Infuse empathy
2. Embrace human-centric approach as we move forward virtually
3. Focus on the process, without getting fixated with outcome
