Marathi - Marathi is an Indo-Aryan language spoken by about 73 million people mainly in the Indian state of Maharashtra and neighbouring states. Marathi first appeared in writing during the 11th century in the form of inscriptions on stones and copper plates. From the 13th century until the mid 20th century, it was written with the Modi alphabet(मोडी लिपी). Since 1950 it has been written with the Devanagari alphabet(देवनागरी लिपी). Marathi Language day is celebrated on 27 February.

मराठी - मराठी ही भारतीय-आर्यन कुळातील भाषा असून जगात ७३ दशलक्ष लोकं हि भाषा बोलतात. प्रामुख्याने हि भाषा भारतातील महाराष्ट्र आणि शेजारच्या राज्यात बोलली जाते. ११ व्या शतकात मराठीतील पहिला लिखित (शिलालेख आणि ताम्रलेख) आढळला आहे. १३ व्या शतकापासून ते २० व्या शतकाच्या मध्यापर्यंत मराठी मोडी लिपीत लिहिली जायची नंतर १९५० पासून मराठी देवनागरी लिपीत लिहायला सुरुवात केली. मराठी भाषा दिवस हा २७ फेब्रुवारी ला साजरा केला जातो.

The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)- It is an Indian stock exchange located at Dalal Street, Kala Ghoda, Mumbai (formerly Bombay), Maharashtra, India. Established in 1875, the BSE is Asia’s first stock exchange. It claims to be the world's fastest stock exchange, with a median trade speed of 6 microseconds. The BSE is the world's 11th largest stock exchange with an overall market capitalization of $1.43 Trillion as of March, 2016.

बॉम्बे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज - हे आशिया खंडातील पहिले आणि १८७५ साली स्थापन झालेले आणि मुंबईमध्ये दलाल स्ट्रीट,काळा घोडा या ठिकाणी आहे. असे मानले जाते की या ठिकाणी ६ मायक्रोसेकंद या वेगाने खरेदी-विक्रीचे व्यवहार चालतात. हे जगातील ११ वे मोठे स्टॉक एक्सचेंज मार्केट आहे. इथे साधारण (मार्च २०१६ च्या सर्व्हेनुसार) १.४३ ट्रिलियन अमेरिकन डॉलर चे भांडावलीकरण चालते.

Ichalkaranji is home to one of the oldest textile industries in India. Home to nearly 5,000 textile factories, it is also one of India's largest centres of small-scale industries. The town has as many as 120,000 power looms employing 3,00,000 power loom workers and 15,000 dependents and with a daily turnover of nearly 10 billion (US$150 million).
