We are pleased to announce that Mr. Piccolo R. Momin, our esteemed Alumnus from the Batch of 2013, has been appointed as the Head HR - AgChem Brands at PI Industries Ltd.

With over a decade of rich experience across pharmaceuticals, cement, technology and manufacturing sectors, he has built a distinguished career across organisations such as UltraTech Cement, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Dell EMC and Wipro Limited. Over the years, he has held several impactful leadership roles across human resources, talent management, performance and rewards, HR technology, analytics and HR business partnering, consistently driving people excellence and organisational growth.

The Alumni Team, SIBM Pune successfully concluded Ask Your Alum 2026, a focused interaction series designed to help the Batch of 2027 approach their Summer Internships with clarity and confidence.

Through specialisation-specific sessions, our Alumni shared practical insights on internship expectations, performance benchmarks, and on-ground realities across domains, bridging the gap between classroom learning and corporate ex*****on.

We thank our Alumni for mentoring and guiding students as they prepare for the journey ahead.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Rajesh Joshi, our esteemed Alumnus from the Batch of 1995, has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer (New Businesses) at Pidilite Industries Limited. In this role, he will be taking care of some of the new businesses of Pidilite including subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and M&A.

With nearly three decades of rich experience across manufacturing, telecom, retail and consumer sectors, he has built a remarkable career across organisations such as Asian Paints, Future Group, Bharti Airtel, Everest Industries and Pidilite Industries. Over the years, he has held multiple senior leadership roles across business and operational functions, consistently driving growth, transformation and organisational excellence. This appointment marks an important milestone in his distinguished leadership journey.
