Every classroom around the world carries an invisible structure.
I call it the **Classroom Spectrum** — and it changes everything.

🎥 In this video, I spoke about this spectrum in front of a distinguished gathering of Vice Chancellors. Here's what it looks like:

1️⃣ **The Toppers** — fast, focused, always raising hands
2️⃣ **The Toppers' Circle** — students who admire & follow them
3️⃣ **The Rebels** — lost in their own worlds, uninterested
4️⃣ **The Rebel's circle** — Flowing with influence, not intention
5️⃣ **The Grey Zone** — the confused middle… sometimes inspired by toppers, sometimes by rebels

📌 **The tragedy?**
Our systems reward only one group — the toppers.
But the next Albert Einstein or Srinivasa Ramanujan could be sitting in the grey zone.
The next Steven Spielberg or Narendra Modi might be crafting a new social wave sitting with The Rebels.

💡 If we understand this spectrum, we’ll stop judging and start designing classrooms that **nurture every mind**.
