Recipe Summary

Ingredients:
• Fresh Green Beans: 250g (ends trimmed and cut into halves)
• Garlic: 1 large bulb (crushed/minced)
• Sesame Seeds (Til): 1-2 tablespoons
• Soy Sauce: 1-2 teaspoons
• Oil: 1 tablespoon (Olive oil or Sesame oil preferred)
• Salt: For blanching
• Broccoli: (Optional, for extra crunch)
Instructions:
1. Blanch: Boil water with a pinch of salt. Add the beans (and broccoli if using) and cook on high heat for exactly 2 minutes.
2. Shock: Immediately drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. This preserves the “snap.”
3. Sauté Garlic: Heat oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown and the raw smell disappears.
4. Add Crunch: Toss in the sesame seeds and fry until they start to pop.
5. Stir Fry: Add the blanched beans. Stir fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
6. The Finish: Pour in the soy sauce, toss well to coat, and serve hot!
