I would like to thank one of my colleagues who introduced me to Kalyani ma'am during my 4th month of pregnancy!!
Kalyani ma'am - thank you very much for your guidance in each month, the ayurvedic way which I personally found to be easy, safe and mostly unexplored by many.
The teachings, explanations you gave for baby development, mother care each time, what excercise should we do and how should we do and the ayurvedic explanation to it, really enlightened me during these sessions and I feel very good to have come down this path.
The mantras, chants and the jaltrang you played during some sessions really made me calm within and I hope I would really be more calm once we have the baby in our life and make sure the baby connects with it and becomes a confident individual.
