21 Villas Home Stay (Eco-Home) under CMEGP Scheme project is envisioned by 21 Unexpected Builders & Developers in collaboration with Shrinit Architects & Valuers.

Location
Shirseshwar, Dapoli, Maharashtra (Remote Site)
We are looking for Architects With:
- Male candidate only
- Experience in residential villa planning
- Strong design and conceptual thinking
- Interest in sustainable / eco-sensitive architecture
- Knowledge of natural materials (mud, lime, bamboo, stone — preferred)
- Willingness to stay and work in a remote, nature-based project environment
- Strong coordination and ex*****on skills
Scope of Engagement :
- Stay at site (Remote Location) during active phases
- On-site Ex*****on Support
- Coordination with Home Branch of SAV (Pune)
- Daily Telephonic Reporting to Home Branch, SAV Pune
- Working Drawings & Detail Development
- 3D Views / Walkthroughs / Render Development
- Ex*****on Monitoring & Site Supervision
- Material Quality Checks & Design Compliance
- Check on lime mortar proportions, mud wall material proportions, application methods

Why are we building hot boxes in a hot country?
Cement made construction faster.
Steel made it taller.
But did it make our homes better for the climate we live in?
At Shrinit Architects & Valuers, we are questioning the default way of building.
Because not every site needs concrete-heavy solutions.
Not every home needs to trap heat.
For generations, architecture in India worked with materials like:
• Maati (mud)
• Lime
• Bamboo
• Cow dung finishes
• Natural binders like haldi, bael, flax fibres, and jaggery
These were not primitive methods.
They were climate-intelligent systems.
Breathable walls.
Thermal comfort.
Lower embodied energy.
Materials sourced from the very land they stand on.
Cement and steel have their place.
But they should be chosen with intention — not habit.
The future of building in Maharashtra may not be more concrete.
