- Design and develop SPMs tailored for manufacturing and process automation
- Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.)
- Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and design validation for custom machines
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Optimize machine performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in SPM design and development
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, hydraulics/pneumatics, automation systems, and GD&T
- Proficiency in CAD tools and design documentation
- Innovative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
