TKIL Industries (Formerly known as thyssenkrupp Industries India) has announced the appointment of GAURAV SRIVASTAVA as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2026. He succeeds Ketan Pendse, who is stepping down after more than two decades of service and leadership with the company. The appointment reflects TKIL Industries’ focus on nurturing internal talent and strengthening its leadership team for future growth.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, Srivastava currently serves as Executive Vice President – Finance & Taxation at TKIL Industries. Throughout his career, he has led finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, compliance frameworks, treasury operations, mergers and acquisitions integration, and strategic business planning across industrial and renewable energy sectors.

With previous leadership roles at organisations including GE, ANDRITZ Hydro, and Radiance Renewables, Srivastava brings extensive expertise in finance, governance, and operational excellence. His appointment comes as TKIL Industries continues to expand its presence across sectors such as green hydrogen, energy storage, mining, cement, material handling, and industrial infrastructure.
