Required skills:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects (is a plus)
Strong typography skills and clean design aesthetic
A desire to learn and grow, self-motivated, positive attitude.

We now require experienced Sales staff to help us bring in clients/occupiers.

This is a full time position where you will need to generate leads and convert them into clients to ensure that occupancy levels are maintained for the center/s assigned to you.

What you will be responsible for:

· Inbound lead management

· Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.)

· Existing sales pipeline management

· Cultivating business relationships with all clients.

· Collaboration with aggregators / commercial brokers / property consultants

Critical competencies for success.

· Self starter who works well independently or in a team

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Business development experience

Qualifications Required:

· Must have keen interest in co-working and/or commercial office leasing/sales. We are also open to looking at candidates with greater experience.
