World over children are learning coding. With so much being said about coding we recieved numerous queries from parents regarding coding. We take this opportunity to explain what exactly is coding.
Coding is basically all about giving instructions to the computer to perform a particular task. Our world has become highly automated and filled with gadgets. All these gadgets are nothing but mini computers "coded" or "instructed" to perform a particular task.
For example your washing machine is programmed to wash clothes.
Similarly, the other gadgets are programmed to do a particular task.
But why should our kids know and learn about coding?

When children get angry or misbehave, as parents we tend to punish , shame or reprimand them. We only look at the action(misbehaviour/anger) rather than the reason behind it.
Instead of focussing on disciplining your child you should focus on the cause/reason behind it.
Be calm and patient and sit down with your child. Talk to them. Make a connection and help them understand what went wrong.
This would help them avoid such behaviours in the future.
