A total of 45 dancers from Gayatri's School of Kathak and Aarohini rocked the stage over two FULL HOUSE performances ✨

For Prajakta Tai, reuniting & performing alongside 7 of Aarohini's finest performers - now living across different states in the US - felt like a true homecoming ! It is satisfying, she feels, when some of your best disciples are making such honest efforts to keep up the good work of Guru Rohini Bhate even in lands so far away from home, and situations not-so- easy at all. .gayatri started learning 25 years ago and has continued, with great conviction and passion, now passing it on in the most authentic form, to the younger generations around her ♥️

And .ppat, have managed to travel distances to make the rehearsals and performances possible, simultaneously taking care of their jobs and households and universitiesand families ! And their husbands who travelled and supported as the technical team. What an achievement ♥️

6th Destination : Los Angeles, California.
It was lovely to dance to a full house audience at Los Angeles for the annual concert of .la 'Pragati'.
A sincere note of gratitude to you dear Ji for being who you are to everyone that comes your way and for creating that beautiful, positive, close-knit family around you !
The stay at Sanket Ji and Vanita Ji's .aggarwal and 'palace' was something so magnificent, so royal, yet so genuine, warm and loving, that I could never have imagined to experience it in all my life ! ✨
I cannot thank enough for being there to help me throughout the 3-day stay!
Meeting and spending time with Darshana Jogalekar, Smita, Karishma, Vanya was a treat !

It was sad to part with the Nupur Academy family, including Panditji, of course, but I feel happy, content and secure to take back wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime !

The Pandita Rohini Bhate Nritya Mahotsav 2025 was a grand celebration of the Kathak maestro Guru Pandita Rohini Bhate Ji.
Organised on the 22nd and 23rd of March by Shri. Chandrakant Dada Patil and presented by Shastriya Nritya Sanvardhan Sanstha (SNSS), the 2-day festival showcased artistes from 28 dance schools from Pune.
