I need to say this because I'm TIRED of seeing people get scammed. 😤

As a nutritionist, it breaks my heart when clients come to me after wasting ₹15,000-30,000 on programs that promised miracles but delivered nothing.

Let me be brutally honest about the RED FLAGS you need to watch for:

🚩 RED FLAG #1: "Lose 10kg in 10 days!"
Reality check: Healthy, sustainable weight loss is 2-4kg per MONTH. Anything faster is water weight, muscle loss, or straight-up lies. You'll gain it all back (and more!) within weeks.

🚩 RED FLAG #2: Same copy-paste plan for everyone
Your body is NOT your sister's body. Your metabolism, hormones, lifestyle, food preferences - everything is different! Cookie-cutter plans NEVER work long-term.

🚩 RED FLAG #3: "Never eat carbs/dairy/sugar again!"
Banning entire food groups is a red flag AND unsustainable. Real nutrition is about BALANCE, not deprivation. Your body NEEDS all macros to function!

🚩 RED FLAG #4: Pushing expensive supplements as "mandatory"
Here's the truth: FOOD comes first. Always. Supplements are called 'supplements' for a reason - they SUPPLEMENT a good diet, not replace it. If someone's making more money from selling you pills than coaching you, RUN! 🏃‍♀️
