The role of LIC Advisor (Agent) is to canvas for LIC policies. Sale of LIC Plan/policies and earn commission as per premium collection. Proper training/Guidance will be provided.
This is a Govt organisation. Hence all benefits like Group mediclaim, Group insurance and Gratuity are available to all Agents in this Organisation.
Renewal commission will be paid as like pension with provision of hereditary commission to spouse in case of death.
Our senior Agents are earning more than 4 lakh per month as renewal commission.
