Design , Manufacture and Supply of Separator Vessel for Liquid Ring Vacuum Pressure Compressor Package for a Multinational OEM. The separator was designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME Sec VIII Div I and adhering to PMC and project specifications. The separator was for Wet H2s Service. Adhering to NACE MR0103 standard, all nozzles were restricted to Self Reinforced type (SRN) & Long Weld Neck (LWNRF). Ferrite content had restriction up to 7 Fn. Equipment’s was successfully delivered with desired quality standards.

End User- Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Assam, PMC- Thyssen Krupp India Third Party Inspection- Bureau Veritas .

A successful preliminary audit by a European company. KGC’s track recors encompasses , manufacture and supply of static equipment’s with PED certification to European destinations.
