Root Cause Analysis:
During inspection, our team identified coolant ingress from the front side of the spindle, resulting in bearing corrosion/rusting.

This highlighted the importance of proper sealing and bearing condition in maintaining spindle performance and reliability.

Refurbishment Work Carried Out:
Our team performed a comprehensive refurbishment, including:

• Refurbishment of the shaft front and rear end faces
• Refurbishment of the brake drum
• Manufacturing of new NN bearing spacers
• Replacement of O-rings
• Assembly of new bearings with the required pre-load
• Final inspection and verification of spindle parameters as per OEM specifications
