• Designation: Supervisor
• Job location: Pune (Hadapsar)
• Shift: Day
• Working days: 6 days
• Notice: 20 days maximum

Requirements:

• DRA certified candidates.
• Minimum 3-5 year of experience as Debt Recovery Agent in Banking/Collection preferred (two-wheeler loans recovery exp for Indian clients)
• Field exposure experience is necessary.
• Exp in Multiple loans collections (Secured & Unsecured).
• Team handling experience

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Regular follow up with clients / customers for outstanding debts.
2. Escalate queries to Manager.
3. Visit all allocated cases & collect payments. Achieve the targeted resolution in respective buckets every month.
4. To do ethical collection practice and ensuring adherence to Collection Policies
5. Track daily micro level collections of each customer and identify risks.
6. To advise customers on various payment options and further actions in case of overdue debts.
7. Prepare and maintain daily customer’s collection reports (MIS) to and send to the Supervisor.
8. Advise collection executives and help to solve critical cases.
9. Negotiating resolution deals with defaulting borrowers
10. Accountable for achievement of Collection target.
11. Should be able to manage timely field visits. (Extra allowances will be paid on field visits)
12. Maintain the Daily collection tracker
13. Effectively manage all customer/ merchant related complaints and issues and escalate issues to Supervisor.

Skills

1. Ability to speak, read & write Marathi / Hindi Compulsory
2. Good English communication skills.
3. Good knowledge of Computer (MS Office, email communication)

Education

• Minimum a graduate (in any field).

Mandatory

• Two-Wheeler*
• Full Driving License*
