Example: Varun is a corporate employee with a total taxable income of Rs.8,00,000 per year. He is advised by his tax consultant to take up investment plans to reduce his total taxable income. So he decides to go with the advise and decides to invest Rs.1,50,000 in various investment policies. One of these policies is a money back plan.
He decides to pay Rs.1,17,190 in premium every year for 10 years. Policy term is 20 years. What is his total return?
