We had organized an art-based experiential activity workshop for all adults keen to explore themselves using Drumming, Theatre and discussions. Dr. Anand Godse (consulting health psychologist and drum circle facilitator) helped participants decode the various spheres of self, personality and psychology.
Girija Oak Godbole facilitated the introspective journey by introducing the participants to theatre activities focused on self-expression!
