To be an online application developer and expand delivery capabilities of a growing and dynamic technology company based in Pune . The applicant will need to be bright, imaginative, and capable technologist specifically seeking a smaller environment where their potential will be maximized through the challenging projects that the company acquires.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
============================
Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
Recording work progress on a weekly/daily basis
Documentation
SKILLS:
============================
Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support
Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
Ability to construct user guides and documentation
Project Management skills
Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE:

Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET , MVC 5 , Entity Framework,
Languages: C #, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, HTML, XML
Some experience with front end UI design preferred
Minimum 2 years in backend software design in SQL Server 2008-12, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, C #, JSON
2-3 years of actual experience in the workplace
College or University degree preferred

- Management of the front desk activities i.e. Reception area & Admin work
- Manage day to day office activities including Employee attendance , report filling

Work Hours:
10.30 AM to 7.30 PM. But based on project and client requirement may need to give extra work time.

1. Understanding and analyzing requirements

3. Client communication via Skype, chat, email
4. Test Driven Development and Agile development using scrums
5. A willingness to relocate internationally/nationally
6. Managing releases and builds and release notes.

Specific Knowledge:
1. In depth knowledge of programming methodology
2. Sound have worked on Dynamic websites with coding knowledge.
3. Should have working knowledge on PHP5 with strong OOP skills (must)
4. Should know AJAX, JQuery Twitter Bootstrap thoroughly.
5. Framework knowledge would be added advantage.
6. Very good oral and written communication in English
