⭐️ Technique: No matter what if your technique lags even jogging in a park can be a risky deal.

⭐️ Mobility: All the lifts widely depends on your mobility. Work on your overhead mobility, your hip mobility, shoulder mobility and etc.
⭐️ Patience over Poundage: Don’t rush to add those plates and take if for a ride. If you are able to add even 5 pounds to your lift in a 3 month cycle of your program. Its a good progress.
⭐️ Accessory Exercises: Do not always go for the main lifts. Include the accessory exercise too. They greatly help the main lifts to be performed effortlessly.
