SOUL - Spirit of Ultimate Leadership - the name says it all!

SOUL 1.0 at Nitor Infotech, an Ascendion Company is the first path of the Leadership Development Program, running strong for 8 years with a mission of building leaders from within.

This cohort completed six engaging learning modules, collaborated on real-world challenges, and brought their learning to life through a Capstone Project.

Today, we celebrate their commitment, growth, and the leaders they've become.
