Common Mistakes in Padahastasana 🍃
Your head is not supposed to forcefully touch the knees.
The bend doesn’t begin from the neck — it begins from the hamstrings.
✨ In Padahastasana: • Don’t dump pressure into the cervical spine.
• Lengthen through the thoracic region instead of collapsing.
• Press the abdomen gently against the thighs.
• Allow the hamstrings to open gradually.
• Fold with awareness, not ego.
