The ideal candidate will be responsible for configure and troubleshoot hardware and network to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.



Responsibilities

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network.
Handling end-to-end networking.
Domain control and trouble-shooting activities.
Must be able to handle installation of office automation systems.
To monitor the overall functioning of the computers of the employees & to periodically upgrade it.

Qualifications

1-3 years' of technical support experience
Customer service oriented
Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
