Herath Mubarak ! As all of us at our homes celebrate Shivratri in our own different ways, for the pundits from the valley today happens to be one of the most important festivals. Celebrating the union of Shiva and Parvati some homes offer delicious Kaliya (Mutton) whereas the others feast on some Dum Aloo and Paneer.
