JOB DESCRIPTION

 Day to day recording of store material receipts and consumption.
 Checking store as per records.
 Receiving new materials, proper stocking, recording of receipts, assisting i.e. to prepare quality reports of the received materials.
 Issuing materials as per the indent for different work.
 Recollection of balance and unused material at end of the working day.
 Giving charge to night duty security guards from day-duty guards of material lying in the site premises.
 Updating of records on display boards and display slates regarding the stock.
 Preparing daily / weekly consumption report along with junior engineer.
 Preparing list of excess material.
 Updating of stocks periodically.
 Informing the status of balance material to the concerned engineer to raise further indent.
 Follow up with material suppliers with prior concert of project manager for timely supply.
 Keeping proper record of departmental tools, machinery etc. on site.
 Maintaining log books for different machinery and equipment along with maintenance record with the help of mechanic.
 Records of empty cement bags received from site.
 Maintaining records of electricity and water bills if any.
 Maintaining muster record of site staff and departmental labor.
 Report to Project manager.
