What exactly is conceptual art and where is the idea coming from?

The Pune Biennale Foundation is deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Tushar Joag. Tushar was part of the Pune Biennale'17 and closely associated with us. A conscientious, socially aware artist, and a philosophical teacher to many artists, Tushar will be missed by the world of art. In him we have lost a brave, fearlesss voice and a deeply sensitive artist.
May his soul rest in peace.
