The Adarsh PHC Quest: While Dr. Prabhat's health center has undergone structural improvements, he struggles to attract more than 10-15 patients daily. Most locals prefer consulting the village quack, Chetak Kumar (Vinay Pathak), who boasts a waiting room full of patients. To solve the medicine shortages and gain government support, Dr. Prabhat decides to enter the highly competitive 'Adarsh PHC' competition.
