The Bihar Government has launched a unique program to increase the employment eligibility of the youth of Bihar, whose the name is Kushal Yuva Programme. This is a reflection under 7 Determination (Dicision). Under this program, training of 3 courses is given. First Basic Computer Course (CIT), English Language Skills and third soft skills
