Hyderabadi Mirchi Ka Salan

Mirchi ka Salan
Badi Mirchi- 5-6
Isko b**h se cut lagakar beej nikal de aur deep fry karke side rakh de (bahut jyda soft na kare)
Peanuts- 2 tbsp
Khuskhus- 1 tbsp (poppy seed)
White Til- 1 tbsp
Nariyal Chura/ fresh coconut - 1.5 tbsp (agar aap fresh coconut use kar rahe hai toh 1/4 cup )
Insabko kadai may dry roast kare
Ginger- 2-3 tukda
Garlic- 4-5 cloves
Ab ismay ginger aur garlic add karke p*s kar paste bana le
Oil
Sarso dana- 3/4 tsp
Saboot lal mirch- 2-3
Methi dana- 1/2 tsp
Pyaz- 2 chopped
Curry patta- 5-7
Haldi- 1/4 tsp
Lal mirch- 2-3 tsp (as per your taste)
Dhaniya powder- 2 tsp
Dahi- 1 cup (beaten)
Gud- 1 tukda (as per your taste)
Oil garam kare aur usmay sarso, methi dana aur saboot lal mirch dale aur jab seek jaye tab curry patta dale
Ab pyaz dalkar bhune jab tak pyaz halka golden ho jaye tab ismay dhaniya powder, haldi, lal mirch dale aur sath hi thoda sa pani dalkar kuch der seke
Jab masala seek jaye phir peanut wala paste dale aur sath may pani dalkar 4-5 ubal de (b**h b**h may chalatey rahe aur jaroorat ho to pani add kartey rahe)
Ab ismay beaten dahi milakar chalatey rahe 2-3 ubal de aur phir namak aur gud add kare phir kuch der dhak kar pakaye aur jaroorat ho toh pani add kar le
Ab ismay hara dhaniya dalkar last may fried chillies add karke 1-2 ubal de

Eggless Atta Cake

(1 Cup=240 ml)

Atta- 150 gm (1 cup packed)

Powdered Sugar- 110-150gm (3/4 - 1 cup as per your taste)

Note:- agar aap kam meetha pasand karte ho toh sugar aap 3/4 cup hi dale)

Cornflour- 1 + 1/2 tbsp (15 gm)
Milk Powder- 2 tbsp (20 gm)
Salt- 1 pinch
Baking powder- 1 + 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
Curd- 2 tbsp (30 gm)
Oil- 4 tbsp (55 gm)
Milk/ Water- 220-230 ml
Badam- 10-12 kate hue
Atta- 1 tsp
(Badam cut karke 1 tsp sukha atta mix karke side rakh de)
Vinegar/ Lemon Juice- 1 tsp

*Mix Dry Ingredients*

Atta ko 1 bar chaan le aur phir powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, milk powder aur cornflour ko add kare aur 2 bar phir se chaan le

Note:- 2-3 bar chaan na jaroori hai isse thoda kam dense banta hai

*Mix Wet Ingredients*

Ek bowl may oil, vanilla essence aur curd ko acche se mix kar lo

*Mixing Dry and Wet Ingredients*

Ab wet ingredients may dry ingredients ko 3 batches may add kare (matlab thoda thoda karke 3 bar may dale) aur thoda thoda milk (ya water) add kare aur thoda beat karte hue pura batter ready kare ismay jaroori nahi ki pura measurement wala milk add ho hi jaye thoda kam ya jyada lag sakta hai

*Consistency:-* Ribbon Like Consistency honi chahiye

Ab last may vinegar add karke mix kare aur cake tin may batter dale aur upar se atta mix kiya hua badam ko spread kare

Ab preheated oven may bake kare for 35-40 min ya jab tak toothpick test may toothpick clear na nikle

*Bake*
Temperature- 170 degrees
Preheat for 10 minutes
Baking time depends
Bake mode (sirf niche wala rode on)
Tin Size- 6 inches round tin

*NOTES*

Aap chaho toh is cake ko vanilla ki jagah dusra flavour like any fruit flavour may bhi bana sakte ho usmay bas vanilla essence ki jagah fruit (jis flavour ka aap banana chahte ho) woh 3/4 tsp add Kare dijiye

Aap chaho toh ismay tutti fruity bhi add kar sakte ho

Nuts may maine almond use kiya hai aap apni pasand ka add kar sakte ho

Tamatar- 3-4 chopped

Ab tamatar aur thoda sa pani dal kar pakney de
Jab tamatar pakk jaye tab namak, haldi aur lal mirch dal de aur pura pani sukhne de
Jab oil chorne lage tab phir se thoda pani dale aur 1-2 ubal dekar utar le
Dhaniya patta mix kare
