On May 9th, ISDG Research Foundation officially turns 7. Our journey has been defined by the troughs we’ve weathered and the communities we’ve strived to make more resilient.

This milestone is less about a party and more about a dialogue, a reflection on the impact we’ve made together.

We are honored to host the incredible Mr. Atul Gera (Founder Livesavers, whose efforts have saved hundreds of lives), a true spark of inspiration in Ranchi, to lead our theme: "Along the Job: Making Service your purpose."

Our team will explore how we can foster a spirit of service in our work to achieve holistic fulfillment. At ISDG, we believe work is more than a task; it’s a calling.

True equity isn't found in theory; it’s forged in the agency of women to decide, lead, and influence their own ecosystems.

At ISDG Research Foundation, we believe gender equality begins at the last mile. By bridging the gap through sustainable livelihoods, vocational skills, and micro-entrepreneurship, we are empowering rural and tribal women to reclaim their narratives.
